This award-winning 30-second infomercial communicated the adverse effects of ticket touts, merchandise and unofficial websites that sell illegitimate products to the public. By combining archive taken from a Rugby World Cup Final with specially shot scripted scenes, we adopted a comedic tone whilst conveying the seriousness of an issue which diverts funds from the sports governing body.
